To support this claim, FUSO embarked on a campaign that put their customers in the driving seat. They asked FUSO owners to review and rate their experience as well as ownership of their fleet. The customers were tasked to review with four factors in mind; Product, Sales, Value Chain and After Sales.
In the first review of the newly launched campaign series for the brand, we meet Johann Bester. He is the founder of Frozen Food Distributors in the Western Cape. As one of the leading frozen distributors in the region, his company operates a fleet of up to 20 trucks. It is extremely important for them to maintain the cold chain for temperature sensitive goods such as ice-cream, frozen yoghurt and other frozen goods so they depend on FUSO.
