One sector which has done incredibly well over the years in waving the South Africa flag high on the global arena is the telematics segment and here again is another example of such success by one of these companies.
Coca-Cola Beverages Philippines, Inc. (CCBPI), the bottling arm of Coca-Cola in the country, has linked into a partnership with Cartrack as its operational mobility partner to update and digitalize its on-the-ground operations in the Philippines. Cartrack is a South Africa founded company which has risen to be a leading global provider of vehicle telematics. It is wholly owned by Nasdaq-listed Karooooo Limited.
Cartrack’s mobility cloud platform will deliver real-time actionable insights to CCBPI in operating its fleet – a system encompassing system integration and connectivity, customer service and delivery management, fleet safety and administration, risk mitigation, and eco -efficiency.
CCBPI believes that insights provided by Cartrack’s technology in operating its fleet and equipment will deepen the company’s reputation for exceptional customer satisfaction—giving it increased efficiency and productivity in their operations, as well as an opportunity to reduce operating costs.
