The truck drivers of South Africa have been the unsung heroes of the COVID-19 lockdown delivering food, medical supplies and other essential goods 24/7 around the country. In doing so, they have spent many hours on the road away from their families as front line fighters in the battle against COVID-19.
In this show – a FleetWatch Initiative in partnership with Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicles – the brilliant Rob & Ali perform an hour-long medley of local and international songs as a thank you tribute to South Africa’s truck drivers with some special guests messages of support thrown in.
